If i was clearing I’d just drop iron maiden, spam blood surge twice for the overpower and keep moving, if it was a nice set of corpses I’d drop a blood mist and pop them all and clear the screen guaranteed.

I also ran the Iron Maiden mod that gave you essence for each enemy you hit with it. Hemorrhage is already super fast and drops blood orbs like crazy, it was like a machine gun with the basic attack speed buff. I would basically weave in a couple hemorrhages before going ham with the echoing blood surge. I used the +60% basic attack speed legendary with the attack speed buff to Hemorrhage.
